AroCell discussing taking in Attana AB’s production of consumables

AroCell announces today that they have begun discussions with Attana AB about moving their production of consumables, e.g. sensor chips, to AroCell.

Attana is an analytical instrument company in life science and has a broad customer base with many years of experience in quality and product development for in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and pharmaceutical companies. Based on the patented technology, the company sells self-produced analytical instruments.

Attana is now planning to move the production of consumables such as sensor chips and reagents to AroCell's production facilities.

“We look forward to being able to apply our expertise and resources in the production of Attana's consumables. It is also an important step in increasing our revenues and margins in our production unit,” says Anders Hultman, CEO of AroCell.

“AroCell's experience and production capacity fit in well with the production of Attana's consumables. This increases our flexibility and our margins in production while freeing up our resources,” says Teodor Aastrup, founder and CEO of Attana.
